I'm not going to lie it's a pretty extreme program that small produces hardcore results! I'll admit I got addicted to that "intensity" and I honestly think that program ruined all the other programs for me! I have tried P90x, turbofire, chalean extreme, and T25 (among others!). And never found another program that I "clicked" with or that hit me like insanity. There is just something about that program that makes my muscles burn (in a good way) and it's been hard to get that satisfaction from another programs. I know I may take some heat for this comment but I didn't care for T25. There i said. Don't get me wrong, it's a great program just not for.
